1. Book a Discovery Call
It starts with a no-pressure discovery call. You tell us about your business, your challenges, your goals, and what kind of support you need. We ask the right questions to fully understand your workflow and expectations.

2. Role Mapping & Strategy
After the call, we define the scope of work, key outcomes, tools used, schedule, and success metrics. If needed, we help refine the job description to attract the right talent.

3. Talent Sourcing & Shortlist (3–5 Business Days)
We check our internal roster first. If a strong match is available, we move fast. If not, we activate our sourcing channels immediately. Within 3–5 business days, we present 3–5 pre-vetted, pre-interviewed candidates who match your requirements.

4. Client Interviews & Selection
You interview the shortlisted candidates and choose the best fit. If none meet your standards, we refine and repeat the sourcing process at no extra complexity.

5. Contracts & Onboarding
Once you select your agent, we finalize the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and begin on a prepaid weekly contract. Simple, flexible, week-to-week terms.

6. Training & Knowledge Buildout
Training begins immediately. Your agent is trained either directly by you or through your internal trainer. If ramp-up is required, we can certify lead agents who will train future hires.

At the same time, we document processes, SOPs, and workflows to build your dedicated Knowledge Playbook.

7. Go-Live & Performance Management
Your agent starts delivering. We monitor output, ensure accountability, and continuously update the playbook as processes improve or challenges are solved.

8. Ongoing Support & Reviews
We conduct regular check-ins — weekly performance touchpoints and scheduled business reviews (monthly or bi-monthly). This ensures alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement.

9. Replacement Guarantee (If Needed)
If an agent is not meeting expectations, we replace them quickly. A new shortlist is typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
